Refunds
There are no Returns/Exchanges on our services or hair extensions due to important federal laws and health regulations, we cannot accept the return of used hair. Our hair is brand new and in the package. We will do our best to inspect hair quality, and products before they are delivered to our customer(s).

We FREE TO USA via USPS Priority Flat Rate (tracking information will be provided for all shipments).

Which explains how to care for hair extensions. Each hair extension application is different please discuss any issues with GLAMFUSION® hair extensions customer service and we will try to resolve any product related issues. GLAMFUSION® will not be held responsible for damage to natural hair after applying hair extensions, so consult us or your local stylist to address any concerns before using hair extensions.
